I thought I was out when I played QTo from the BB, bet a flopped queen, again on the turn against a tricky deep stacked opponent. I knew I'd have to call a bet if I checked, what I didn't expect was he'd set the hand to auto jam when I caught a river queen.

I knew that he had to have QJ or a better or a flopped set but I was pot committed.

Fortunately he also had QT.

I was pretty pissed off at myself for getting into that situation. I should have kept the pot smaller, top pair medium kicker was not a hand to get it all in with.

On the river when I had trips and knew I was going to have to put my tournament life on the line.

I paced around my office for 45 minutes going through hand histories trying to convince myself that he could have an over pair, but if I folded I would have been too short stacked.

a big "whew" doesn't even start to explain it.
